The cost to ship Merchandise that a Customer purchases through the Website is calculated on a "per order," "per item," or "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping option the Customer selects at the time of purchase.

 

Shepherdsflockpub.com will ship the Merchandise to the address designated by the Customer so long as such address is complete and complies with the shipping restrictions contained on the Website. Shepherdsflockpub.com will delivery Merchandise to addresses in the Baltimore Metro Area within a 20 mile radius based on the delivery option the Customer selects.

Return & Exchange Policy

As is typical with customized products, we aren't able to accept returns, however if there is an issue with your order, we'll work hard to ensure your satisfaction.
